Role Overview
As a Director of Delivery, you will serve as the executive delivery powerhouse for GlobalLogic''''s top-tier, high-growth Retail Digital Transformation account. You will own the strategic roadmap, multi-million dollar P&L, client executive relationships, and end-to-end execution of enterprise-scale Programs. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role requiring a seasoned delivery executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, comfortably navigates ambiguity, and goes above and beyond to drive aggressive growth and seamless operational delivery.
Major Plus to have - Data dashboards. who has built through and through, run data dashboards for Business stakeholders, modernization programs, and data governance initiatives. Databricks engineering management background. Databricks dashboards and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Client Leadership & Account Ownership
Serve as the primary, trusted delivery partner for VP and C-level retail client stakeholders.
Confidently handle high-pressure executive steering committees, complex trade-offs, and critical escalations with crisp, pragmatic problem-solving (moving well beyond textbook delivery methodologies).
Partner with Sales and Client Services to drive account expansion, proactively identifying new digital engineering opportunities to meet aggressive revenue targets.
2. Strategic P&L & Financial Management
Full accountability for multi-million dollar program P&L, gross margins, delivery revenue recognition, and commercial risk management.
Proactively track, forecast, and optimize account financials, team utilization, and resource allocations.
3. Enterprise Transformation & Technical Delivery
Drive complex, end-to-end digital transformation programs, including large-scale end-to-end execution of enterprise-scale Data dashboards, who has built through and through, run data dashboards for Business stakeholders, modernization programs, and data governance initiatives. Databricks engineering management background. Databricks dashboards and reports.. , and omni-channel retail infrastructure.
Orchestrate cross-functional delivery streams, managing dependencies, proactive risk mitigation, and pilot-to-scale rollouts across large global teams.
Oversee high-performing, multi-location onshore/offshore delivery models (including heavy engagement with India delivery centers).
4. High-Impact Leadership & Execution
Lead from the front: step in to solve complex delivery and architectural bottlenecks without relying solely on large support buffers or a heavy middle management layer.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
