QA Test Engineer/Lead/Manager with Healthcare PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Managent exp)

Infinite Computer Solutions is a global digital engineering and IT services company that helps Fortune 1000 organizations modernize their technology landscapes across healthcare, telecommunications, banking, and finance. The QA Test Engineer/Lead/Manager will support quality assurance in healthcare IT, Medicaid, and pharmacy benefit management environments, with responsibilities involving claims adjudication, prior authorization, pharmacy benefits, data validation, documentation, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medicaid, or PBM environments
• Strong understanding of claims adjudication, prior authorization, and pharmacy benefit processes
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
• Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis
• Familiarity with MMIS, PBM systems, or healthcare portals
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, test cases, process flows)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare programs
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines (e.g., InterQual, MCG)
• Exposure to automation testing tools (optional)
• Understanding of HIPAA, CMS regulations, and healthcare compliance
