Product Manager, Encounter Data

Navitus Health Solutions is committed to making medications more affordable and is seeking a Product Manager, Encounter Data to ensure compliance with Encounter Data submissions. This role involves collaboration with business analysts, oversight of data-related processes, and leadership in data implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Encounter Data Business Analyst(s) to champion root cause analysis efforts when Encounter Data issues are discovered
• Oversee all Encounter Data-related fixes/enhancements, which includes oversight of system requirements development, and testing
• Ensure post-implementation monitoring processes are in place to validate Encounter Data-related fixes/enhancements are working as expected
• Serve as subject matter expert for Encounter Data-related questions and system enhancements
• Oversee timely and accurate delivery of Performance Guarantee results and leverage these results to improve related processes and oversight
• Ensure metrics are monitored and reported
• Respond to Encounter Data-related questions on RFPs
• Actively seek out process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement these improvements
• Remain current with Encounter Data-related regulatory requirements, ensuring Navitus remains compliant
• Ensure controls are in place so that the appropriate individuals are notified and actions are taken when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience required
• 2 years of experience with Medicaid Encounter Data required
• Experience in successfully leading root cause analysis projects required
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience preferred
• Data analysis experience preferred
