Influencer Marketing Manager

Allegiance Search is seeking a highly organized Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee creator partnerships and execute integrated influencer campaigns in the Wellness Beverages industry. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of influencer programs, from creator identification and onboarding to campaign execution and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage influencer campaigns from initial planning through final reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within established objectives
• Prepare campaign briefs outlining messaging, creative direction, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate product shipments, affiliate links, promotional codes, tracking parameters, and usage rights required for campaign execution
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure all milestones are completed according to schedule
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout campaign execution, providing guidance, feedback, approvals, and ongoing communication
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand standards while allowing creators to maintain authentic voices
• Support long-term creator partnerships through proactive relationship management and performance reviews
• Monitor campaign performance using key digital marketing metrics including engagement, conversion, customer acquisition, return on ad spend, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness
• Analyze creator performance to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and future partnership recommendations
• Develop post-campaign reports and executive summaries highlighting insights, learnings, and ROI
• Build dashboards that provide visibility into campaign performance and influencer program growth
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Paid Media, Creative, Social Media, and Growth teams to ensure creator content supports broader marketing initiatives
• Coordinate approved creator assets for paid media activation, organic social channels, and additional marketing uses
• Assist in developing scalable workflows and best practices that improve campaign efficiency across the marketing organization
• Contribute ideas that strengthen influencer strategy, content quality, and overall program performance
• Stay informed on emerging creator trends, platform updates, social commerce opportunities, and evolving consumer behaviors
• Identify new creators and partnership opportunities aligned with target audiences and brand objectives
• Recommend new campaign formats, content strategies, and platform opportunities based on performance data and industry trends
• Continuously evaluate influencer marketing processes to improve scalability and effectiveness

Requirements:

• MUST have experience in food & beverage or other consumer packaged goods products
• 2–4 years of experience managing influencer marketing or creator partnership campaigns
• Demonstrated experience executing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other emerging social channels
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics, attribution models, and digital campaign reporting
• Experience using influencer relationship management platforms such as Aspire, CreatorIQ, GRIN, or comparable software
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, campaign tracking, promotional codes, UTM parameters, and e-commerce marketing
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a collaborative, high-growth environment
• Experience supporting consumer products, retail, lifestyle, food & beverage, health & wellness, beauty, apparel, or other direct-to-consumer brands
• Knowledge of creator licensing, paid media whitelisting, Spark Ads, or usage rights management
• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate commerce programs, or creator storefront initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards and executive-level campaign reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Existing relationships within the influencer, talent management, or creator ecosystem are a plus
