Project Manager, Enterprise Merchandise

Quince is hiring a Project Manager, Enterprise Merchandise to manage the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle for enterprise clients. The role partners with Account Executives and internal teams to coordinate approvals, communicate timelines, resolve client issues, and improve operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assume deal ownership post-sale, from logo approval through invoicing, delivery and issue resolution
• Track and update all project progress in our B2B operations tracker, sharing timely updates with clients and Account Executives; communicate with clarity even when information is incomplete or ambiguous
• Finalize customization details, communicate delivery timelines, and manage approval workflows with clients and internal teams
• Field and resolve client support requests including sample returns, shipping and tracking, troubleshooting missing or damaged items, and expediting requests when possible
• Demonstrate strategic thinking by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline operations, reduce tasks, and propose solutions that enhance client experience
• Over-communicate with customers on all issues, managing them with confidence and compassion; reply to requests with urgency and follow through on every commitment made

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or vendor management
• Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms to track client data, order status, and communication history
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with distinct approaches
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail-oriented with ability to operate with a sense of urgency
• Customer service oriented and customer obsessed—committed to exceeding expectations at every touchpoint
• Hubspot preferred
• Customer experience or customer-facing background (email-based support, retail customer service, or account coordination)
• Exposure to apparel, decoration, manufacturing, or promotional products industry
