Travel Customer Service Manager

Traveling with Michaila is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Travel Customer Service Manager to help create a positive experience for clients throughout their travel planning journey. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact, coordinating travel details and ensuring every client receives timely, attentive support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and travel-related requests
• Work alongside travel advisors to coordinate reservations and trip details
• Assist with scheduling, confirmations, itinerary updates, and follow-up communications
• Provide accurate information and timely support throughout the planning process
• Maintain organized client records and booking documentation
• Help ensure travel arrangements are accurate and ready before departure
• Deliver professional, friendly service while creating a seamless client experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Confident using computers and learning new online systems
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or travel is helpful but not required
