Software Sales Account Executive

Ademero is a company that is aggressively AI-forward and is looking for a Software Sales Account Executive to drive revenue and build relationships. The role involves managing B2B software sales, developing partner channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.

Responsibilities:

• Work active and inbound opportunities while creating new ones, carrying conversations from discovery through demonstration, proposal, and close
• Build trust and rapport quickly, and run sales conversations that feel useful rather than scripted
• Talk technical reality with IT administrators, business outcomes with executives, and move comfortably between the two
• Keep pipeline, next steps, and follow-up disciplined so strong opportunities do not go stale
• Identify, recruit, and onboard aligned technology and service partners who can extend our reach
• Help partners understand the product, recognize a good-fit opportunity, and confidently bring Ademero into customer conversations
• Develop a productive channel through partner relationships, co-selling, and partner-sourced pipeline, not partner count for its own sake
• Own the commercial relationship after the sale, keep commitments visible, and make sure the customer continues to feel well supported
• Join support and customer-service calls when relationship ownership or commercial context will help move things forward
• Look for natural expansion opportunities by understanding what each customer is trying to accomplish

Requirements:

• A driven, self-directed seller who creates momentum instead of waiting for it
• The ability to build credibility and trust quickly, with the discipline to listen as well as talk
• Enough technical curiosity to understand software, ask intelligent questions, and translate capabilities into business value
• Confidence with IT administrators, operational leaders, and C-suite executives without using the same conversation for all three
• Someone who can close business and still wants to own the quality of the relationship afterward
• Strong follow-through, pipeline judgment, and comfort keeping accurate CRM and forecasting information
• Good judgment about when to lead a technical conversation and when to bring in a product or engineering expert
• Ownership and resilience in a remote, fast-moving environment
• Experience in software, SaaS, or technical sales is a strong plus
• Account management, partner recruitment, or channel development experience is also valuable
