Delivery Manager - B2B Sales Development (Remote)

BLUME is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead client relationships and manage outsourced B2B sales development programs. The role oversees campaign performance and strategy, coordinates and coaches SDRs, and works with clients and internal teams to improve results.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients
• Lead weekly client meetings and periodic business reviews, communicating results, insights, and recommended next steps
• Build credibility through proactive communication, responsiveness, sound judgment, and follow-through
• Address performance challenges candidly and constructively, with clear action plans
• Identify client needs, expansion opportunities, and potential retention risks
• Take ownership of client program execution and results, including prospecting activity, meetings booked and attended, and qualified pipeline development
• Analyze campaign metrics, conversion trends, meeting quality, and prospect feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Refine targeting, prospect lists, messaging, and outreach strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Develop and execute improvement plans when programs fall behind expectations
• Ensure accurate reporting, organized account documentation, and consistent operational execution
• Direct and coordinate the day-to-day work of SDRs assigned to your client accounts
• Provide hands-on coaching, call feedback, and guidance to improve prospecting effectiveness and client delivery
• Partner with SDR leadership to identify performance gaps, reinforce coaching priorities, and support individual development
• Help experienced SDRs strengthen the skills needed for greater client ownership and future delivery leadership responsibilities
• Collaborate with other Delivery Managers and company leadership to share best practices and continuously improve results

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales development, with demonstrated success in high-volume prospecting, appointment setting, and campaign performance
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and outbound sales development programs, including campaign strategy, execution, and accountability for results
• Proven ability to coach SDRs, diagnose performance challenges, and improve outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate activity and conversion data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence leading client meetings, presenting results, and navigating difficult conversations
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with sound judgment, personal accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
• Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or other built-environment industries
• Experience managing multiple client accounts within an outsourced SDR agency or sales development services business
• Familiarity with HubSpot, sales engagement platforms, prospecting tools, and outbound performance reporting
