Sales Account Manager

Solaris Paper, a North American towel and tissue manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage and expand key central regional accounts and drive growth across an assigned territory. The role focuses primarily on account management and strengthening relationships, while also developing new territory-specific accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Working with key accounts and maintaining current commercial vendor relationships
• Manage and grow strategic relationships distributors and channel partner
• Identify and cultivate key customer contacts, including buyers, category managers, supply chain, finance, and regional leadership teams
• Lead customer meetings and business reviews, presenting category insights, program performance, pricing proposals, and new product or platform opportunities

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years as an account manager in the commercial paper or janitorial space
• Sales experience / business development and managing regional or multi-state accounts
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office)
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
