SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The temporary Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the apartment community and building(s). Responsible for providing quality service to residents, efficient operation of the property and completion of required administrative tasks. Reports to the Regional Property Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Training in property or real estate management preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience. Professional training may substitute for experience. Proficiency in Yardi property management software is required. Familiarity with RightSource or a comparable third-party compliance system is required.
