Business Systems Analyst

Damoov develops telematics software and APIs for various sectors including fleet operators and insurance companies. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to enhance internal systems and processes, working with multiple teams to improve workflows and automate processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Gather requirements from internal teams and translate them into system improvements
• Configure and maintain business applications, workflows, and automations
• Support CRM administration and other internal business systems
• Create reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders
• Help improve data quality and consistency across business systems
• Coordinate system updates, testing, and user acceptance activities
• Investigate system issues and work with vendors or technical teams to resolve them
• Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations
• Support internal projects involving new tools, integrations, or operational improvements

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Administrator, Operations Analyst, or a similar role
• Experience working with CRM or other business systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow design
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Notion, or similar business applications
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools
• Experience creating reports and dashboards
• Basic SQL or spreadsheet analysis skills
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with telematics, mobility technology, or enterprise software
