Account Manager – U.S. Market

Relay Packaging Group is expanding our presence in the United States, and we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our international team. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and working closely with our global teams to deliver packaging, trims, RFID, and sustainable solutions to apparel, home textile, and retail customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
• Coordinate quotations, sampling, production, and delivery with our global teams
• Manage projects and provide customers with timely, professional support
• Visit customers and attend trade shows and industry events as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in packaging, apparel trims, textiles, fashion, retail, or a related industry
• Proven experience in account management and business development
• Good understanding of the U.S. apparel, home textile, retail, or packaging market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel within the United States
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Established industry relationships are a plus
