Director of Product Management

Nexuschain LA is an advanced technology provider focused on building enterprise solutions using both private and public blockchains. The Director of Product Management is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-based products, overseeing the product lifecycle and collaborating with various teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nexuschain LA’s blockchain-based products
• Overseeing the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration
• Collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact solutions for enterprise clients
• Defining product strategy
• Prioritizing features and enhancements
• Analyzing market trends and customer feedback
• Ensuring alignment with business goals
• Leading and mentoring product teams
• Establishing best practices in product management
• Coordinating cross-functional project execution to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric products

Requirements:

• Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including experience owning product vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle management
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, user feedback, and performance metrics for data-driven product decisions
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring product managers and fostering collaboration across functions
• Solid Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and dependencies for successful product delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and presentations
• Background in working remotely with distributed teams, demonstrating strong self-management, organization, and proactive collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in blockchain or distributed ledger technologies, SaaS or enterprise software, and innovation in emerging tech markets
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in product management
