Sr Product Designer

eTeam is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Growth to join their organization. This newly created position focuses on driving subscription growth through experimentation and product-led initiatives, working closely with various teams to optimize the subscription funnel.

Responsibilities:

• Design user experiences for subscription acquisition and growth initiatives
• Create and iterate on A/B testing concepts across the subscription funnel
• Design subscription checkout, onboarding, and conversion experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle
• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Contribute to strategic product initiatives including:
• AlphaSpace
• Research Hub
• AI-driven subscription experiences
• Growth experimentation roadmap
• Balance rapid experimentation with long-term product vision
• Present design rationale and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Product Design with an Client on Growth Design
• Proven experience designing for A/B testing and experimentation workflows
• Expertise in: Product UX
• Information Architecture
• User Flows
• Interaction Design
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Experience using modern AI design tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple concurrent experiments
• Subscription products
• SaaS platforms
• Consumer technology products
• Background in companies with mature experimentation cultures such as Dropbox, LinkedIn, or similar organizations
• Experience with: Product-led growth
• Conversion optimization
• Subscription monetization
• AI-powered product experiences
