Digital Production Designer

Solomon Page is a specialty staffing and executive search provider serving a wide range of functions and industries. The Digital Production Designer will create and adapt digital campaign assets, retouch food and lifestyle photography, and use AI-driven image generation and manipulation tools. The role will also collaborate with creative and marketing teams, maintain brand consistency, and manage multiple fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital assets across social, email, paid media, and web — layouts, banners, campaign graphics, and more
• Retouch and refine food and lifestyle photography to a high polish, ensuring color, texture, and detail are on point
• Use AI image generation and manipulation tools to create, extend, and enhance visual assets efficiently
• Craft effective AI prompts to generate on-brand imagery and iterate quickly based on creative feedback
• Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple digital formats and platforms while maintaining design integrity
• Partner with the creative and marketing teams to concept and bring campaigns to life across digital channels
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects and quick-turn requests in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Strong graphic design skills across digital formats — social, email, web, and paid media — with a solid grasp of layout, typography, and brand systems
• Strong retouching skills (Photoshop or equivalent), with an eye for making food and product imagery look irresistible
• Hands-on experience with AI image manipulation and prompting tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL-E, or similar)
• Culinary brand experience — you understand what makes food photography and content pop
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
• A strong portfolio showcasing design range: layout/campaign work, retouching, and AI-enhanced imagery
• Comfort working independently and communicating clearly in a remote environment
