Business Analyst – Pharma

Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support data management, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives in the Pharma or Life Sciences domain. The role gathers and documents requirements, improves data quality, and supports reporting solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and business process reviews
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for data, reporting, and analytics teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and solution validation
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately

Requirements:

• Pharma or Life Sciences experience is mandatory
• experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain
• foundational knowledge of business analysis, data warehousing, master data governance, and Power BI reporting
• Candidates with Pharma or Life Sciences domain experience are required
