Customer Service Representative

Answer USA, a division of Finger Lakes Business Services, Inc., is seeking Customer Service Representatives for part-time and full-time positions with weekend availability. The role involves providing exceptional customer service in a virtual environment, adhering to call-handling expectations, and creating meaningful connections with callers.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to AnswerUSA’s call-handling expectations, limiting personal bias while answering calls professionally in your own tone
• Create exceptional caller experiences that deliver meaningful connections with customers and callers
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. Toggle between screens and applications simultaneously and precisely and consistently follow call-handling instructions on every call

Requirements:

• Minimum of 90 days in office training
• Every weekend availability
• Ability to work split shifts, four hours in the morning, and four hours in the afternoon
• Typing speed of approximately 35 WPM
• Must provide own monitor (capable of accepting an HDMI connection), USB keyboard, and USB mouse
• Must have a reliable internet connection in the home with the ability to directly connect Raspberry PI to the router
• Must have a separated, enclosed space in which they can answer calls
• Must be willing to work in-office one day per month for training
• Must be on the OnCall List for additional phone support as requested by management
• Ability to commute to Auburn, NY 13021
