Sales Development Representative

SAI360 is a company focused on providing innovative risk management solutions through Governance, Risk, Compliance software, and Ethics & Compliance Learning resources. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and collaborating with various teams to build a solid pipeline across target accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team
• Research target accounts and key decision-makers within Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate engagement and meetings
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and penetration plans
• Partner with Marketing to follow up on inbound leads, campaigns, webinars, and events
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data within CRM systems
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets
• Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and challenges facing GRC and Learning professionals
• Represent SAI360's values through professional and customer-centric engagement

Requirements:

• Experience in a B2B SAAS sales, SDR, BDR, or lead generation role
• Experience prospecting into Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience and confidence talking on the phone
• Proven ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Displays initiative and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and growth
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities
• Experience within GRC, Compliance, Ethics, Risk Management, or Learning Management SaaS solutions is highly preferred
