Interview Process: 1 round, in person

** W2 ROLE **

3+ years of experience with Executive organizational transformation and change management

3+ years of experience leading organizational restructuring and culture change

3+ years of experience with Executive leadership of large, complex technology organizations

3+ years of experience with personnel management, coaching, and performance accountability

10 20+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.

3 5+ years in executive-level roles (Executive Director, CIO, Deputy CIO, VP of IT, Director of IT Operations, or similar).

Demonstrated success leading organization-wide transformation and turnaround initiatives.

Experience managing large enterprise IT organizations with multiple managers and departments.

Proven ability to restructure organizations, rebuild culture, improve accountability, and implement governance frameworks.

Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.

Experience in higher education, government, or other large public-sector organizations is highly preferred.
