Program Manager, Strategic Projects

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale. They are seeking a Marketing Program Manager to support the execution of strategic projects and operational initiatives across the marketing organization, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-priority marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and timelines
• Maintain project plans, timelines, project documentation, and tracking tools to keep organized and on schedule
• Act as the strategic connective tissue between cross-functional teams and marketing executives, facilitating collaboration and driving consensus on critical decisions
• Proactively identify, map, and mitigate complex cross-project dependencies and risks
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, helping teams stay focused and aligned as plans evolve
• Evaluate current marketing operations and processes, then design and implement workflows and governance models to improve coordination and efficiency across teams
• Partner with the project team and leaders to provide clear, actionable updates and roadmaps, ensuring transparency around project health, risks, and milestones
• Help remove blockers by coordinating across teams and ensuring next steps are clear

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing cross functional projects in a marketing organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working cross-functionally with distributed teams, and the ability to build strong working relationships with them
• Excellent, proactive communication skills with an ability to lead meetings and drive alignment
• A love for process and an understanding of how to map out team processes/timelines, improve upon them, and iterate
• 3-6 years of experience in project or program management
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront or similar platforms)
