The Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and maintain machine learning models for job matching and resume optimization, collaborating with product and engineering teams to create scalable solutions and ensure ethical data use. This is a full-time remote role requiring effective communication and self-directed work.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ML models that power job matching, resume optimization, and candidate visibility features
• Research and implement algorithms for pattern recognition and ranking
• Build and train neural network models
• Analyze data to improve system performance
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions
• Monitor deployed models, refine pipelines, and ensure robust, ethical use of data

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions
• Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition to analyze data, evaluate models, and derive actionable insights
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Ability to build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in ML (such as Python), version control, and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices for deploying models to production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
