Customer Success Manager

Zealie LLC is a fast-growing Medical Billing company specializing in the Behavioral Healthcare industry. The Customer Success Manager will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive support and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of onboarding a new client when the contract is signed and ensuring a smooth transition to becoming an active customer and using our products
• Address customer questions as their main POC and ensure swift resolution of issues
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer's needs are met. Triage questions to the appropriate teams to answer
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and objectives
• Advocate for customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and track customer feedback to enhance the product and customer experience
• Conduct regular check-in meetings and account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and usage trends
• Provide educational resources and training sessions to help customers maximize the use of our product
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to learn a new software product quickly to be able to troubleshoot issues and train customers
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Prior Customer Success or Support role in a technology company
• Prior experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or Health Insurance Billing. Ideally in the Addiction Treatment or Behavior Health industry
