Sales Executive / Account Executive — Healthcare Systems & Private Practices

VeeOne Health is a leading healthcare technology company delivering virtual care solutions. They are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business across large health systems and private physician practices, owning the full sales cycle and focusing on in-hospital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify, qualify, and close new business within health systems, IDNs, hospitals, and physician practices
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through signed agreement
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, physician leaders, clinical stakeholders, and procurement teams
• Deliver executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and enterprise agreements
• Partner with clinical, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and CRM records (Salesforce or equivalent)
• Represent VeeOne Health at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of enterprise healthcare technology sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Proven success selling in-hospital virtual care (eSitter/virtual observation, high-acuity virtual care, virtual nursing), RPM, Hospital at Home, or related digital health solutions to health systems and physician practices
• Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex enterprise sales opportunities
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Confidence engaging and presenting to C-suite leaders (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CMIO, CNO, CTO, IT Director)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree preferred
• Ability to travel as needed
• Background at an RPM, virtual care, digital health, or healthcare SaaS company
• Established relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers
• Working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, value-based care, and RPM program economics
• Familiarity with inpatient clinical workflows, nursing operations, and the ROI case for virtual sitting and high-acuity virtual care programs
