Project Manager I - 2941

RISINGSUN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate project resources, activities, and stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders by providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Proactively identify potential project risks, roadblocks, and issues, and implement timely resolutions
• Collaborate with internal departments to secure required resources, technical expertise, and support
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Support multiple projects while maintaining high levels of accuracy and organization

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of professional business experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in: Project Coordination, Project Management Support, Project Controls, Operations, Or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
