Customer Service Assistant

Joulé is a leader in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America, and they are seeking a Customer Service Assistant. The role involves providing customer service, resolving complaints, and developing initiatives to enhance customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
• Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
• Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
• Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys
• Follow clearly defined procedures and tasks, as well as guidelines for decision making
• Apply technical procedures that are well defined, working within well-established routines and procedures in the discipline

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training related to customer service
• Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in the customer service discipline
• Ability to work within well-defined procedures and guidelines
