PLM Project Manager

ITC Infotech is a leading global technology services and solutions provider, and they are seeking a PLM Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead client-facing consulting teams and manage projects related to Product Lifecycle Management, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage one or more projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope
• Coordinate project resources and activities for the execution of projects
• Communicate project status regularly to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks. Drive resolution of issues, escalating as needed
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes

Requirements:

• Lead and manage one or more projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope
• Coordinate project resources and activities for the execution of projects

• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes
• Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migrations from on-premises or legacy platforms to SaaS-based environments, including data migration, system integration, validation, and change management
• Demonstrated knowledge of handling and safeguarding ITAR-controlled technical data and products, ensuring compliance with U.S. export control regulations throughout PLM processes, system integrations, data migrations, and user access management
• Strong leadership and high degree of comfort managing and motivating global teams
• Consulting acumen and thought leadership, leading discussions with the customer to drive the right outcomes
• Experience planning and managing project schedules and tracking budgets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively identify and manage risk
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint) and other project management software (JIRA, etc)
• Detail oriented
• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of Project Management experience
• Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong working knowledge of project management industry standards (PMI) and methodologies
