Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company focused on precision medicine. As a Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and closure of projects, manage project documentation, evaluate risks, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the product development plan, including activity planning, budget management, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget project
• Actively maintain internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, RAID logs, and data
• Regularly update and track progress using standardized dashboard reporting
• Act as the key internal contact for projects, fostering strong cross-functional relationships
• Facilitate regular project updates, document decisions and follow-ups and provide leadership to resolve issues and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Contribute to integrated project teams across the matrixed organization, collaborating with departments such as clinical operations, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to achieve project
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates, and schedule impacts and ensure proper submission to the change management process to maintain project integrity
• Develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information, ensuring transparency and adherence across all levels of the organization
• Identify schedule risks or slippage and support corrective actions when necessary
• Support budget tracking, accruals, purchase orders, SOWs, invoice follow-ups, vendor deliverables, and external partner commitments
• Manage cross-functional reporting relationships to ensure traceability of project data and alignment with other systems in the organization
• Ensure consistency and accessibility of data for key stakeholders
• Collaborate with department leadership to ensure KPIs are met
• Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, while navigating multi-faceted challenges

Requirements:

• Postgraduate qualifications (Bachelor's or above) in science or life sciences
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including products in preclinical and clinical development (Phase 1-3)
• Entry level of project management experience with multiple small projects or one complex project
• Expertise in at least at least one pharmaceutical drug development functions (clinical ops, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development)
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
• Experience maintaining project management software solutions and project management tools
• Minimum 2+ years of project and financial management experience
• SmartSheet experience preferred
