McCarthy Tire Service is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Truck Service Tire Technicians at our Wilmington, NC location.
Whether you're an experienced technician or someone looking to start a rewarding career in the commercial tire industry, we'd like to hear from you. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with your hands, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:

• Install, repair, and service commercial truck tires.
• Perform preventive maintenance and tire inspections.
• Respond to roadside service calls (when assigned).
• Work safely while providing excellent customer service.
• Learn industry-leading service techniques from experienced technicians.

What We're Looking For:

• No experience required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.
• Experienced commercial tire technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
