We are seeking our next Chief of Staff, reporting to the Corporate Vice President of Search Growth and Experiences, to support our organization. The Chief of Staff is a trusted advisor to the CVP, a strategic partner who enables the leadership team and broader organization to operate with clarity, focus, and impact.
This role shapes the organization’s strategic agenda, ensures disciplined execution, and leads a high-performing team that enables the CVP and Search Growth and Experiences leadership to operate at scale. The Chief of Staff is both an advisor and an operator, translating vision into execution, accelerating decision-making, and scaling the effectiveness of the leadership team and organization. This role sits at the center of the business, driving execution of priorities, shaping organizational strategy, and ensuring alignment across the leadership team and cross-functional partners.

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
