Corporate Tax Senior Consultant / Manager

• Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects for a diverse portfolio of clients,
• Provide complex tax planning and advisory services to clients, including international tax, tax M&A and Pillar Two (global minimum tax) services,
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their development,
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery,
• Collaborate with other departments and service lines to provide a comprehensive approach to client needs,
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and ensure accurate and timely filings,
• Build partnerships with clients and other parties,
• Proactively take relevant and valuable tax ideas to our clients to grow the practice,
• Identify and develop new opportunities for additional tax services,
• Organize and execute client engagement while acting as a trusted business advisor,
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and inform clients of any implications.
