Together we shape thriving communities, public spaces, places and economies.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team with a strong focus on innovation and varied, meaningful work. We support flexible ways of working and prioritise work-life balance and wellbeing through initiatives such as flex leave and access to support programs. You’ll be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace where you feel welcome, respected and empowered to succeed.
The role
This varied role works across business-as-usual recruitment, organisational change programs and high-profile projects. You’ll support a broad range of client groups, occupations and workforce challenges.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, supporting fair, capability-based hiring in a fast-paced project environment. You’ll also work across our broader recruitment portfolio and partner with key client groups.
You’ll use contemporary tools, targeted sourcing strategies and practical advice to help hiring managers make confident decisions and support internal and external candidates throughout the process. By building strong relationships with candidates, managers and external partners, you’ll help create a smooth, transparent and compliant recruitment experience.
You’ll work flexibly across divisions with different needs while keeping pace with evolving recruitment practice. Staying adaptable, using data to improve our approach and helping managers follow consistent, compliant processes will be central to your success. Whether you’re managing talent pools, refining reporting, supporting an interview or finding better ways of working, you’ll help make recruitment simpler and more positive for everyone involved.
