Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with strong automation expertise to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web and API applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, and Agile development, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated test suites for web and API applications using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Develop and execute risk-based test strategies to improve product quality and release confidence.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Platform teams to identify quality risks and prevent defects early.
• Promote automation-first and shift-left testing practices.
• Utilize mocks, service virtualization, and test data strategies for efficient testing.
• Contribute to quality improvements through data-driven analysis and engineering best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance test design, troubleshooting, and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Quality Engineering or Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and API automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with Java-based testing frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
