Project Manager

DeCerts is a company focused on blockchain-based certification solutions, and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams. The role involves coordinating project efforts, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of product features.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver blockchain-based certification projects on time and within scope
• Coordinate between design, development, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Define project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for new product features
• Manage risk, dependencies, and blockers across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and champion best practices in project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of project management experience in tech, SaaS, or blockchain environments
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on schedule
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions under pressure
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
• Experience in blockchain, Web3, or digital rights management space
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical architecture
• Background in launching 0-to-1 products or features
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Understanding of intellectual property, copyright, or legal tech domains
