Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with customers over the phone and through various electronic channels for accessing account information and product offerings
• Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
• Consistently meets or exceeds daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Follow customers through authentication and call quality standards
• Receive inbound calls for upsell of products and services to existing customers
• Some outbound calls as needed
• Consistently present a professional image while conveying a positive and customer service experience
• Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
• Work independently and maintain productivity
• Maintain current knowledge of and follow all policies and procedures while ensuring protection of customer confidentiality and privacy
• Accurately document information exchanged during each call
• Promote products and services; consistently cross-sell products at every opportunity
• Effectively probe to discover customer needs
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a contact center environment
• Great listening skills and customer focused sales approach
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone demeanor
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday between 8 AM – 11 PM EST
