Business Analytics Senior Analyst - EviCore - Remote

The Cigna Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Senior Analyst to support complex analytics initiatives within Operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
• Ensure data integrity through validation, cleansing, and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights aligned with business goals
• Lead analytics projects or components of larger initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• 2 + years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboard development
• Strong commitment to thorough documentation practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Databricks Notebooks
• 1+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development
• Experience with project management methodology and tools
