Senior Product Manager

Spokeo is a people intelligence platform that helps over 18 million monthly visitors reconnect with friends and families. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap and lead delivery across their consumer and enterprise businesses, focusing on data organization and usability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional execution of Agile Scrum team as Product Owner. Guide initiatives from planning through launch and iteration. Own the product backlog; align Engineering, Design, Data Product, Quality Assurance, Legal, and other partners; and proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, blockers, and tradeoffs to keep delivery on track
• Discover and turn business opportunities into product ideas and then into clear product delivery plans. Identify customer problems and business opportunities through user research, product data, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input. Explore ideas, validate assumptions, and evaluate potential solutions. Translate these insights into clear PRDs, user stories, and supporting documentation that align cross-functional teams on the customer need, scope, priorities, success metrics, and expected outcomes
• Measure and drive continuous product improvement. Measure the impact of launched features, analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and monitor competitors and industry trends. Identify opportunities to improve the product experience, simplify workflows, and drive business growth through data-informed recommendations
• Champion your team's impact. Share what your team ships and how it contributes to the company's growth, building alignment, momentum, and pride in what the team delivers

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leading cross-functional engineering teams through agile development cycles
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience with data-powered products & technologies, such as people search, identity resolution, public records, APIs, and/or web applications, with a strong understanding of how data pipelines shape the end-user experience
• Strong ownership and adaptability. You are a self-starter who anticipates needs, drives initiatives forward, removes blockers proactively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Sound ROI-focused product judgment. You validate assumptions with data, challenge decisions that lack rationale, and understand why each project is being delivered to customers
• Excellent communication and attention to detail. You produce clear, thorough, and consistent product requirements that align with and include stakeholder feedback
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma AI to prototype ideas, improve productivity, and accelerate product development
