Business System Analyst

Grandview Tek is partnering with a large enterprise organization looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Analyst to support and enhance their SAP Finance environment. This role involves providing functional support for SAP FICO, partnering with business users, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP FICO with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, and Banking processes
• Partner with business users to understand requirements and recommend scalable SAP solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while minimizing business disruption
• Evaluate enhancement requests and support the implementation of system improvements
• Create and maintain functional documentation, support testing efforts, and assist with user training
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
• Monitor incidents and enhancement requests through ServiceNow and help prioritize work with business partners
• Collaborate with ABAP developers, BASIS administrators, and other SAP functional teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimize system functionality

Requirements:

• Strong experience supporting SAP FICO in a production environment
• Deep knowledge of Accounts Payable, Banking, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional SAP solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functional and technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related technical field
• SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience with OpenText VIM or similar invoice management solutions
• Cross-functional knowledge of SAP SRM and Procurement
• Experience with supplier management tools integrated with SAP (such as Apex)
• Project management experience
