Customer Support Representative - Internet Services

Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join their team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers with internet service questions, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding internet services
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity service issues
• Assist customers with starting, transferring, moving, or disconnecting services
• Schedule technician appointments when necessary
• Process billing inquiries and collect payments securely
• Research customer accounts to identify the correct services and provide accurate resolutions
• Document every customer interaction in the appropriate systems
• Update customer account information as needed
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service on every call

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and browser tabs simultaneously
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• The ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer interactions
• A willingness to learn new systems and technology
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success
• 1 year previous call center/technical or troubleshooting experience preferred
