Full-cycle sales Account Executive (B2B Saas)

kim.cc is an AI-powered customer operations company helping startups and growing businesses scale customer support through a unique AI + Human operating model. They are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound prospecting and demand generation across the North American market, focusing on generating qualified sales opportunities through various outreach methods.

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Generation: Generate qualified meetings through aggressive outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and account-based prospecting
• Persona Targeting: Identify and engage high-level decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, COOs, Heads of Customer Support, Customer Success Leaders, and Operations Executives
• Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial qualification conversations to deeply understand prospect business needs, support challenges, and outsourcing requirements
• Market Research: Build and maintain high-quality target account lists using sales intelligence tools and market research
• Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and execute multi-touch outbound sequences across multiple communication channels
• Data Integrity: Maintain highly accurate CRM records and daily activity tracking
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with company leadership to refine target messaging, outreach strategies, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• KPI Management: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly meeting-generation goals
• Industry Expertise: Stay informed about customer support, outsourcing, AI, and CX industry trends

Requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent graduate degree
• Must be a US National or hold a valid US work visa that allows full-time employment (e.g., Green Card, EAD, or relevant transferable status). We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
• 1–3 years of BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development experience
• Prior experience prospecting directly into North American markets is highly preferred
• Strong cold-calling, resilience, and outbound prospecting skills
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Proven ability to work independently and maintain high activity metrics in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Comfortable handling complex objections and initiating value-driven conversations with C-level stakeholders
• Experience selling or generating demand for customer support services, BPO services, CX solutions, outsourcing services, staffing services, or SaaS products
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar prospecting tools
• Startup experience or experience selling directly to startups and SMBs
• Understanding of customer support operations and business process outsourcing
