Sr. Project Manager - Operations (Project Planning, Risk & Change Mgmt.)

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is a biotechnology company committed to innovation in life sciences, diagnostics, and genomics. The Senior Project Manager - Operations is responsible for managing large strategic projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with enterprise delivery standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions, driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable business solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs. Ensuring projects follow defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes
• Coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate through governance channels
• Provide clear and timely project status reporting, including milestones, risks, and delivery health

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Project management, DBS certification (i.e., visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.)
• Prefer minimum of five years project management experience serving in the role as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience using project management methodologies and tools. Demonstrated expertise in leading process improvement, operational change, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives
• Experience applying project management methodologies, including traditional, agile, or hybrid approaches
• Proven ability to influence, motivate, drive collaboration, and assess performance across all project team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to facilitation and presentation skills. Effectively interact with various levels in the organization
