Senior Business Analyst + UI skills

h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Financial Services technology team. This role focuses on evaluating, designing, and optimizing core business models and system architectures while bridging the gap between business strategy and user-centric technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end requirement gathering, elicit detailed functional and non-functional needs, and translate them into clear, actionable user stories
• Assess current-state operations, model future-state business processes, and identify system optimization opportunities
• Design and develop UI/UX requirements, wireframes, and interface workflows in close collaboration with product and software engineering teams
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across cross-functional technology initiatives within the financial and retirement services space
• Facilitate solution workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to realign business models with modern technical capabilities
• Implement best practices for business process design, management, and continuous improvement across delivery teams

• Requirements Analysis & User Story Creation (7+ years)
• UI/UX Requirement Design & Wireframing (3+ years)
• Financial Services & Retirement Services Industry Experience (3+ years)
• Business Process Modeling & Design Tools (5+ years)
• Experience with Business Model Strategy & Process Optimization
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery management frameworks
• Strong cross-functional team collaboration and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
