Senior Project Manager

eCapital Corp. is on a mission to ignite growth and empower businesses across North America and the U.K. by accelerating their access to capital. The Senior Project Manager will manage complex, cross-functional projects that drive operational improvement and business outcomes, requiring strong capabilities in Organizational Change Management to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives using PMO standards, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive-level reporting
• Integrate Organizational Change Management practices into project execution, including stakeholder impact assessment, communication and training planning, adoption risk mitigation, and post-implementation sustainability
• Partner closely with Operations leadership to deliver improvements across core factoring processes
• Translate business and operational needs into clear project plans and requirements, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and customer centric
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability
• Execute projects in alignment with PMO methodology, contributing to consistent delivery practices, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned by direct, department, or division leadership

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in financial services or operationally intensive environments
• Strong, hands-on experience applying OCM as an integrated part of project delivery
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with experience engaging both executive and operational audiences
• Experience in factoring, asset-based lending, or commercial finance
• Formal OCM training or certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
• Experience leading operational or system implementations with significant end-user impact
