Senior Product Manager

Established Search is a leading global medical device manufacturer specializing in innovative Spine & Orthopaedic solutions. They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development, commercial execution, and lifecycle management of a growing portfolio of medical technologies across the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy for the Spine & Orthopaedics portfolio, managing the full product lifecycle from market analysis and product launches to commercial optimisation
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations teams to successfully deliver product initiatives
• Drive go-to-market execution by developing product positioning, sales enablement tools, training programmes, and marketing campaigns that support product adoption and revenue growth
• Partner with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and customers to gather market insights, identify unmet clinical needs, and inform future product development and portfolio strategy
• Monitor market trends and commercial performance, analysing customer feedback, competitive activity, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field
• 4+ years' experience in product management experience within the medical device industry, preferably in Spine & Orthopaedics
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product strategy, launches, market analysis, and commercial execution
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including hospital systems, surgeon engagement, reimbursement, and market dynamics
• Previous experience in a Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or Portfolio Manager role within the medical device industry
• Experience managing products within Spine, Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, Trauma, Extremities, or other implantable surgical technologies
• Proven success leading new product launches, portfolio management, and commercialisation initiatives
