Job Type: Part-time (under 30 hours per week)
Locations: Harrodsburg, Payneville, and Ekron, KY — multiple school sites (travel required between locations)

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Multi-Site Director to lead and inspire children and staff across multiple before and after school program locations and seasonal summer camp programming. This is your opportunity to create safe, fun, and supportive environments where students can learn, build friendships, and grow beyond the classroom—while being part of a dedicated, award-winning team.
This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and reliability, as you will oversee programming at multiple sites and support summer camp operations. Travel between locations is required.
Status: Part-time, non-exempt
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
