What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
• Monitor progress and communicate patient status with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and home safety
• Complete accurate electronic documentation
• Contribute to exceptional patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
