Gore Medical is looking for a US based Associate to join the Americas Marketing and Education Team. This role will lead the strategic direction and full operational execution of Medical Education across the Americas, ensuring programs meet customer needs while advancing business objectives. It oversees and develops a high-performing team of Education Managers spanning Aortic, Peripheral, Cardiac/Surgical Solutions — each of whom leads a regional team of trainers to design and deliver high‑quality educational curricula and training experiences. This position establishes and monitors key performance indicators, drives strong cross‑functional alignment and sets regional standards for scalable training models tailored to the diverse needs of the Americas market.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
