Regulatory Systems and Process Optimisation Manager
This role leads the strategic evolution of Consumer Health’s Veeva Vault RIM platform as the primary regulatory system, together with the regulatory data, connected processes and cross-system capabilities that support it. This includes SAP-based PDV where Regulatory-owned processes or data span both systems. Working within DTO and across Regulatory Affairs, it defines direction, owns outcomes and mobilises cross-functional teams to transform how regulatory data and processes support decision-making, compliance, automation and future growth. It anticipates industry change and builds modern capabilities that reduce manual effort and return time across the organisation.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 15 600 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.
This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
