POSITION SUMMARY:
Game Operations is a crucial part of the game day experience. Our department is the first response team to all things game day related including fan experience, student athlete experience, and operations. Thus, professional and enthusiastic attitudes are necessary qualities student workers must possess. Student workers will gain knowledge in the areas of customer relations, event management, game operations, and facility management. Working for game operations is a unique and exciting way to gain hands-on experience through athletic events. These events include, but are not limited to, football games, men’s and women’s basketball games, volleyball, Olympic sports, and postseason contests.

JOB DUTIES:
Provide support and assistance to the Game Operations team in the set up and breakdown of all Tulane athletic events. As well as provide superior customer service to fans during the ticket scanning process, golf cart shuttle, greeting and directing patrons upon entry and any other interactions that may occur while working a ticketed Tulane Athletics event.
Assist with Game Operations specific activities and projects including but not limited to the following:
· Ticket Scanning
· Set Up and Breakdown of Athletic Events
· Operate Golf Cart Shuttle
· Keep Score at Events as Needed
· Usher Athletic Events
· Seat Back Sales and Inventory
Perform general office tasks including but not limited to the following:
· Game Day Preparation
· Assist in the Maintenance of Athletic Facilities
· Cleaning/organizing
