Product Designer (Healthcare UX)

Patientree AI is focused on improving healthcare experiences, and they are seeking a Product Designer to lead UX initiatives for clinic workflows. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams, maintaining design systems, and conducting user research to enhance product usability.

Responsibilities:

• Own UX for key clinic workflows from research through high-fidelity design
• Partner with engineering on accessible, production-ready UI
• Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma
• Conduct lightweight user research with clinic staff and administrators

Requirements:

• 4+ years product design experience with shipped SaaS products
• Strong portfolio showing complex B2B or operational workflows
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Accessibility-aware design practices (WCAG familiarity)
• Healthcare or regulated industry UX experience
• Front-end prototyping skills (HTML/CSS/React)
