Business Development / Account Manager – AI Infrastructure & Liquid Cooling

BEEHE is a fast-growing global provider of liquid cooling solutions for AI infrastructure, and they are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Business Development / Account Manager. The role involves developing strategic customer relationships and driving business growth across North America, focusing on new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and key decision makers
• Serve as the primary commercial contact between customers and BEEHE
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts
• Develop business within AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, server OEMs, enterprise customers, and system integrators
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internal engineering and operations resources to deliver effective technical solutions
• Manage the complete sales process from opportunity development through quotation, negotiation, order fulfillment, and project execution
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, and customer support teams
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in both the United States and China to ensure successful customer projects
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, CRM records, and pipeline activities
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and customer developments to identify new market opportunities
• Represent BEEHE at customer meetings, technical workshops, trade shows, and industry events
• Support strategic initiatives that contribute to the long-term growth of BEEHE in North America

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, enterprise sales, or customer-facing commercial roles
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred, as this role works closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams in China
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: AI Infrastructure, Data Centers, Liquid Cooling, Server OEM, Enterprise Hardware, Storage, Networking, Power & Cooling, System Integrators, Hyperscalers
• Experience selling technical products or solution-based technologies
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise customer accounts
• Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, distributors, or engineering consultants
• Experience working in global or cross-cultural business environments
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools
